Connection can be part of the way forward.

There can be comfort in discovering that you are not the only one navigating a difficult experience. Groups offer opportunities to connect, explore new perspectives, and practice skills alongside others.

At Empowerment Therapy Center, our offerings include support groups and parenting education. Each program has its own focus, format, and participation guidelines. We welcome questions and will help you explore whether a program may be a good fit.

Why Group Therapy?

Joining a group of people you do not know can feel intimidating at first, but group therapy can offer something individual therapy cannot: the opportunity to connect with others who may understand parts of what you are experiencing.

Group members can offer encouragement, perspective, and a sense of accountability. Hearing how others approach similar challenges can also help you discover new ways of thinking, coping, and responding.

Perhaps most importantly, group therapy can remind you that you are not alone. Different backgrounds and perspectives can create opportunities for learning, connection, and meaningful support.

You Do Not Have to Figure It Out Alone.

Whether you are looking for connection, practical parenting tools, or support for your teen or young adult, we welcome your questions.
